Who Can Join?

Any woman is eligible to join Who's New in Madison (WNIM). Once you become a member, you may remain in the organization for as long as you wish and participate in as many or as few Interest Groups and activities as you choose.  Membership requires payment of annual dues.

Membership Information

• Any woman is eligible to join WNIM.
   
• Participation in activities and Interest Groups is open to all paid members.
   
• Annual Renewal period is July 1 through August 31 each year.  Members must renew during this period to maintain active membership status. Payment screen will state that membership expires on August 31.
   
• Individuals whose membership has lapsed may not participate in any activities or Interest Groups until the annual dues of $35 and a late fee of $15 are paid.
   
• Members agree to comply with WNIM Bylaws. Click here for Bylaws
   
• If you join WNIM prior to July 1, you will be required to renew your membership by August 31 of that same year and pay the annual dues of $35. (Example: If you join on June 20, you must renew your membership between July 1 and August 31 of that year)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Annual dues are not prorated and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Members who join after the Annual Renewal period will receive less than 12 months of access to activities and events.
   
• The membership directory and members' email addresses are to be used for WNIM business and communication only. The membership directory and email addresses may not be used for solicitation, advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes of any kind.  Solicitation at any WNIM Interest Group meeting or event is strictly prohibited.
